Baked Turkey Meatballs

1 lb ground turkey
2 garlic cloves, minced
1/2 cup plain bread crumbs
1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
1 tsp dried Italian herb blend (or 1/2 tsp each dried oregano and parsley)
1 egg

Preheat oven to 375. Mix all ingredients, either by hand or in a mixer with the paddle attachment. Form into 24 meatballs and place into a mini muffin tin. Bake at 375 for 15-20 minutes, or until a meat thermometer inserted into the center meatball registers 160 F. Stir into your favorite marinara sauce and serve over spaghetti or on sub rolls with extra parmesan cheese.
