Oven Roasted Potatoes

1 pound new potatoes, halved or quartered depending on size
1 Tbl dried oregano
1 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp ground black pepper
1 Tbl olive oil

Preheat oven to 450. In a large bowl with a lid, combine potatoes, oregano, garlic, salt, pepper, and olive oil. Shake to coat. Spread the potatoes on a cookie sheet in a single layer and bake for 25 minutes until fork tender, stirring halfway through.
