2 large ripe tomatoes, quartered
1 jalapeno, halved, stemmed, and seeded according to desired heat level*
1 clove garlic
1/4 cup fresh cilantro leaves
juice of 1 lime
1 medium onion, quartered

Place all ingredients except salt in a food processor and pulse until it reaches your desired consistency. Stir, and add salt to taste. (Seeds will make it very hot - a little goes a long way, so watch out!)
*For mild salsa, do not include any seeds. For medium salsa, leave half the seeds in. For hot salsa leave in all the seeds.
