Chocolate Hazelnut Ice Cream

1 cup whole milk
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 cup Nutella hazelnut spread
2 cups heavy cream
1/2 cup chopped hazelnuts

In a blender, combine milk, sugar, vanilla, and Nutella.  Blend for 1 minute until smooth.  Stir in heavy cream.  Add to your ice cream machine and churn until the consistency of soft-serve, 20-25 minutes.  Scrape into a freezer container and freeze until solid, 2-3 hours.  Serve sprinkled with chopped hazelnuts.
