1/2 cup buttermilk powder
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 tablespoon spoon minced freeze dried chives
1 tablespoon freeze dried cilantro
1 tablespoon freeze dried dill
1/2 teaspoon salt
Mix all ingredients together in an airtight container. Store in the refrigerator up to 4 months.
To make ranch dressing, mix 2 tablespoons mix with 1/2 cup mayonnaise and 1/2 cup sour cream.
To make ranch mayonnaise for sandwiches, mix 1 teaspoon mix with 1/4 cup mayonnaise.
Excellent for coaring chicken, fish, or diced red potatoes before baking.
