Smoothies

Around 300 calories with 26 grams of protein, and lots of excellent fiber and vitamins.

Makes 1 serving

1 cup plain Greek yogurt
1 banana
1 other fresh fruit (peeled orange, pitted peach, 1 cup berries or cherries, etc)
1 cup packed kale, spinach, or chard leaves 
2 cups ice cubes

Place everything in a blender in the order listed and blend until smooth, 30-60 seconds.
