1 1/2 lbs ground beef or boneless skinless chicken breasts
1 can original rotel tomatoes with diced chiles
1 packet taco seasoning
1 can black beans, rinsed and drained
Stir rotel tomatoes and taco seasoning together in the slow cooker. Add the ground beef and stir to break it up a little. Cook on low 4 hours. Break up the beef or chop up the chicken. Stir in black beans and serve with tortillas, taco shells, cheese, etc.
