Hummus

1 (15 oz) can chickpeas, undrained
2 tablespoons sesame seeds
1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1/2 garlic clove, peeled
1/4 teaspoon smoked paprika

Place all ingredients in the vitamix and blend on high, using the tamper as needed to press the solids down into the blades. Cover and refrigerate 30 minutes to meld flavors before serving.
