Chocolate Nut Butter

2 cups unsalted almonds, walnuts, pecans, hazelnuts, or peanuts
1/2 cup dark chocolate chips
1/4 tsp salt
2 tablespoons vegetable oil (as needed)

Place nuts, chocolate, and salt in the vitamix. Start on lie then turn to high, using the tamper to push the solids into the blades. Add the vegetable oil if the mixture is too thick. Scrape into a jar and store at room temperature up to one week.
