Soft and spreadable right from the fridge.
1 stick unsalted butter, room temperarure
1/3 cup vegetable oil
pinch salt
Beat butter and oil together until smooth. Add salt to taste. Mixture will be liquidy. Pour into a container, cover, and refrigerate until set. Keep refrigerated.
