Cookie Butter

1 box (14.4 oz) graham crackers, broken into pieces
2 tablespoons brown sugar
1 tablespoon cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
1/8 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1 tablespoon molasses
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 cup water
Place crackers, sugar, and spices on your blender food processor and process it to crumbs. Add the molasses, vanilla, and water and process until you have a smooth paste. Scrape into a serving dish and serve. Place leftovers in a storage container, cover, and keep refrigerated.
