Pimento Cheese

8 ounces cheddar
2 tablespoons cream cheese
1/3 cup mayonnaise
3 tablespoons drained jarred pimentos
1/2 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
1/2 teaspoon lemon juice
1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1/8 teaspoon mustard powder

Shred cheddar with the shredding disc of a food processor. Change to the processing blade. Add all remaining ingredients and pulse until well combined.
