Vegan No-cheese Sauce

1/2 cup water
6 tablespoons Tahini
(If you have a vitamix blender, you can use 1 cup water and 1/2 cup sesame seeds)
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
2 tablespoons nutritional yeast
1 tablespoon lemon juice
2 tablespoons cider vinegar
1 teaspoon turmeric
1/2 teaspoon salt

Whisk sauce ingredients together. Refrigerate.

If you have a vitamix, you can save money by using sesame seeds instead of Tahini. Blend everything together until smooth. Refrigerate.
