Bundt Cake

1 box Betty crocker super moist cake mix, either white or chocolate
1 small box instant pudding mix, either pistachio, lemon, or chocolate
1 cup sour cream
3 eggs
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1 teaspoon vanilla

Heat oven to 350. Mix all ingredients just until combined. Batter will be very thick.

Spray a bundt pan (10-15 cup) with bakers joy spray. Spoon the batter into the bundt pan and spread evenly.

Bake at 350 for 35 to 45 minutes, until firm to the touch and the center reaches 205 degrees F.

Cool 10 minutes in the pan, then turn out onto a wire rack to cool completely.

Glaze with chocolate ganache or cream cheese frosting, or simply dust with powdered sugar.

Note: always wash bundt pans by hand. The dishwasher will ruin the nonstick coating and make future cakes stick to the pan.
