Cole Slaw

1/4 of a yellow onion
1 large carrot, peeled
1/4 head of cabbage
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1 tablespoon sugar
1 tablespoon cider vinegar 
1/4 cup mayonnaise 
1/4 cup sour cream

Shred the onion and carrot on the large holes of a box grater. Cut the cabbage into shreds. Toss the vegetables in a large bowl with the salt, pepper, sugar, and vinegar. Stir in the mayonnaise and sour cream and serve.

Note: if you have a food processor, you can shred all the vegetables on the shredding disc.
