White rice: 1 cup rice to 1 1/2 cups water
Brown rice: 1 cup rice to 2 cups water
Mixed grains: 1 cup grains to 2 cups water
Quinoa: 1 cup quinoa to 1 1/2 cups water
Mixed Grains:
1 cup brown rice
1/2 cup green lentils
1/2 cup red lentils
1/2 cup wheat berries
1/2 cup farro
1/4 cup wild rice
Combine in a container. Cook 1 cup grain mix with 2 cups water, 1 tablespoon virgin coconut oil, and 1/4 teaspoon turmeric.
