Fudge

1 1/2 bags chocolate chips (I highly recommend guittard semi sweet or milk chocolate chips)
1 (14 oz) can sweetened condensed milk
Pinch salt
1 tsp vanilla extract 
1/2 cup chopped walnuts (optional)

Place chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk, and salt in a medium sauce pan. Cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until mixture is melted. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract and walnuts (if using). Spread in a greased and parchment lined 8 inch square pan and refrigerate for 4 hours until set. Cut into 1 inch squares and serve.
