1 pound shrimp, peeled and deceived
1 pound dry penne pasta
1 cup cream
1 package boursin garlic and herb cheese
Place penne in a large skillet and cover by 1/2 inch with water. Add 1 teaspoon salt. Place over high heat and set a timer for 15 minutes. When the timer is up, check pasta for doneness. When done to your liking, drain into a colander.
Return the empty pan to the stove on medium high heat. Add olive oil and shrimp and cook, flipping shrimp, until pink and curled, about 5 minutes.
Add the cream and boursin cheese to the skillet and stir to melt. Off heat, add the pasta back to the pot and toss to coat everything. Serve.
