3 slices bacon, chopped
1 shallot diced
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup low sodium chicken broth
1 pound green beans, trimmed and washed

Turn instant pot to saute and spray with cooking spray. When it's hot, add the bacon and cook, stirring frequently until crisp.
Add the shallot and garlic and saute about 1 minute to soften. Add the chicken broth and scrape up any stuck on bits from the bottom of the pot.
Add the green beans and pepper to taste. Add the lid and set to high pressure for 1 minute. Quick release the pressure and serve.
