Applesauce Bundt Cake

2 1/4 cups (11.3 ounces) self rising flour
1 cup (7 ounces sugar)
1 teaspoon penzeys pie spice
1 1/4 cups (10 ounces) unsweetened applesauce 
3/4 cup vegetable oil
2 eggs
1/4 cup buttermilk

Heat oven to 350. Spray a 10 cup bundt pan with baker's joy baking spray. 

In a mixing bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, and pie spice. Add applesauce, oil, eggs, and buttermilk and whisk just until combined.

Scrape batter evenly into the bundt pan. Give the pan a couple of sharp raps on the counter to get rid of any large bubbles.

Bake at 350 for 40 to 60 minutes, until the top feels firm and set, and it's pulling away from the edges of the pan. Cool in the pan 10 minutes, then turn out onto a wire rack to cool.
