Air Fryer Sausages and Breakfast Potatoes

2 or 3 large Yukon gold potatoes
1 Tbl vegetable oil
1 teaspoon Kosher salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1 package breakfast sausage links

Scrub the potatoes and cut them into 1/2 inch cubes. Toss the potatoes in a bowl with the vegetable oil, salt, and pepper. Add the potatoes to the air fryer basket.

Cook at 360 for 10 minutes, shaking the basket halfway though.

Shake the basket again and add the sausage links on top of the potatoes. Cook another 10 minutes, shaking halfway though. 

Serve with fried eggs and ketchup.
