1 1/2 pounds boneless skinless chicken breasts or thighs
1/2 jar marinara sauce
1 (8 oz) package sliced mushrooms
1 red bell pepper, sliced
1 onion, diced
3 cloves garlic, minced
Combine everything in the slow cooker. Cook on low 6 hours. Shred the chicken and serve over egg noodles.
