12 graham cracker sheets, broken in half to make squares
1 stick salted butter, melted
1 recipe chocolate chip cookie dough, made with mini chocolate chips
12 large marshmallows, cut in half
Heat oven to 400. Line 2 baking sheets with parchment paper. Dip the graham cracker squares in the melted butter and lay out on the baking sheets, 12 per baking sheet. Divide the cookie dough unto 12 equal size balls. Flatten each ball, place a half marshmallow inside and wrap and press the cookie dough around it to fully encase the marshmallow. Place the balls on the graham crackers. Bake 10-12 minutes until lightly browned and cracking a bit to show the marshmallows inside. Cool for at least 20 minutes before eating.
