Zucchini Chicken Casserole

2 chicken breasts, cut into 1 inch cubes
2 zucchini cut into 1 inch pieces 
1 onion, diced
1 box stove top stuffing mix
1 can evaporated milk
1 tablespoon better than bouillon chicken broth paste
4 tablespoons melted butter

Mix chicken, zucchini and onion in the bottom of the slow cooker. Season with salt and pepper. Sprinkle the stuffing mix over the top. Dissolve the broth paste in the evaporated milk and pour evenly over the top. Drizzle over the butter. Cover and cook on low 6 hours.
