Brown Sugar Mustard Dressing

3 tablespoons lemon juice

1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil

2 tablespoons yellow mustard

2 tablespoons brown sugar

pinch of salt and pepper

Combine all ingredients in a half pint mason jar. Screw on the lid and shake well. Serve.
