9 graham cracker sheets (or 18 squares)
1 can sweetened condensed milk
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 cup chocolate chips
Heat oven to 350. Spray a square baking dish with cooking spray and line with parchment.
Crush the graham crackers into extremely fine crumbs (recommended a food process). Dump into a mixer bowl and add sweetened condensed milk, vanilla and salt. Mix on low with the paddle attachment until combined. Add chocolate chips and mix on low until evenly distributed.
Scrape the mixture into the pan and spread evenly (it will be thick).
Bake 30 minutes until golden brown and set. Cool 20 minutes, then remove from the pan and cut into 12 squares.
